Itinerary
DAY 1
ARRIVAL AT SRINAGAR.
Upon arrival in Leh, you will be greeted by our representative in a traditional way.
Later, you will be transferred to the hotel in a vehicle with a welcome drink at the time of check-in. After checking into your room, enjoy a hearty breakfast in the hotel.
Later in the evening, visit Leh Market and visit the Palace as well as Shanti Stupa during your stay. At nightfall, indulge yourself with dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
DAY 2
SRINAGAR TO PAHALGAM (90 Kms/Approx. 2hrs 30 Mins).
Wake up early and visit the legendary 'Sham Valley' to watch the world's highest river rafting point.
Visit the Hall of Fame, where you can learn about the Indo-Pak wars and the martyrs while viewing remarkable magnetic phenomena.
Return to Leh after experiencing a day full of activities, including delicious langar at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and SECMOL—the actual 3-idiots school.
Enjoy dinner after your exciting day in Leh!.
DAY 3
PAHALGAM LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
In the morning after Breakfast goes local sightseeing.
You can also visit some major attractions Bisaran Valley, Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari located just 5 to 10 kilometers away from Pahalgam in the Anantnag district of Kashmir, is famous as a top sightseeing destination, called mini-Switzerland because of its picturesque beauty.
It’s a hilltop green meadow dotted with dense pine forests and surrounded by snowcapped mountains. You can reach there by a pony ride.
In the evening come back for an overnight stay in Hotel.
DAY 4
PAHALGAM TO GULMARG (138 Kms/Approx. 4 Hrs).
After breakfast proceeds to Gulmarg which is just 4 hrs away.
Check in to your hotel and freshen yourself. Later proceed to local sightseeing which includes Gondola, Asia’s highest and longest cable car project is the main attraction.
There is ample time to ride both stages on your own. Many try skiing on their own though coaches are available for hire. You can use the ski lift for skiing/snowboarding from hilltops.
Gulmarg also boasts the highest Golf Course in the world with 18 holes.
Retire for the night at the hotel.
DAY 5
GULMARG TO SRINAGAR (54 Kms/Approx. 2 Hrs).
After breakfast leave for Srinagar and visit Shankaracharya Temple which is perched atop a hill.
Visit Drung Waterfall which is 16 km away from Gulmarg. After reaching spend your free time exploring the markets and roaming around.
Return to the hotel for your overnight stay in Srinagar.
DAY 6
SRINAGAR TO SONMARG DAY EXCURSION (80Kms/ Approx 2.30 Hrs).
After breakfast drive on a full-day excursion to Sonmarg which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar.
On the way, we stop at many beautiful spots. Continue to drive to Sonmarg 2690 Mtrs (Meadow of Gold).
One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains around the year and Sonmarg is known as the Gateway of Ladakh.
Overnight return to Srinagar stays at hotel.
DAY 7
SRINAGAR- YUSMARG DAY EXCURSION.
After breakfast visit to Yusmarg his idyllic meadow is ideal for a day's picnic or a short walk along the mighty 'Doodh Ganga' river, its name deriving from its milk white foam.
Picnic on its banks or simply doze in the sun. A starting point for many peaks like 'Trata Kutti' and 'Sang-safed' - this is a trekkers base.In the evening return to Srinagar.
Overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.
DAY 8
DEPARTURE.
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for departure to next destination.
